Personal coaching

Far more focused than a simple workout.

Personal Training is tailor-made support for someone who wants to change, physically and mentally, starting from what they need. At home, in a studio, at the office or outdoors.

For anyone with a goal

Personal Training isn't just for celebrities: it's for anyone who wants to change and would rather take the lead than watch from the sidelines.

  • Losing weight, or getting back in shape after pregnancy
  • Building muscle
  • Regaining energy and releasing stress
  • Support through an illness (multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia…)
  • Getting ready for winter sports
  • Improving in your sport

Why a Personal Trainer?

Because your body deserves a professional's attention: to reach your goals in the safest and most effective way.

Many people who take up exercise again go from nothing to everything: too much, too fast. The body copes badly, results don't come, and motivation fades. 70% of people who join a gym go less often, or stop altogether, after three months.

Moving is good. Knowing how is better.

At home or in a studio

Every coach travels to your home: you choose the time and place. They need 8 to 10 m², and they bring their own equipment.

Most can also welcome you in their private studio: to get out of the house, to drop by on your way home from work, or if you're short on space.

How it works

Three steps, and you're off.

  1. You choose your coach

By region and by feel, in the directory. You set the first appointment wherever suits you.

  2. They listen and propose a plan

Your expectations, your constraints, your goals: they propose the action plan that fits, and explain how and why. The price depends on the formula, the number of hours and the location.

  3. You get started

A medical questionnaire, a simple, clear contract, the first sessions: over to you.

The method

Pull, push, stand up, bend down.

The closer training gets to everyday movements, the greater the benefit. That's the principle of functional training, the foundation of every session.

  1. Your whole body works

A machine only trains the primary muscles. Functional training also engages the postural and stabilising muscles.

  2. More energy burned

More muscle groups come into play: you burn more energy, and fat goes faster.

  3. Fewer injuries

Joint injuries drop markedly among people who train this way.

The quality of a workout doesn't come from how long it lasts, but from the intensity you put into it.

They've lived it

What our clients say.

To prepare for my marathon, I lacked core strength and flexibility. I found both with my personal trainer, at home, in a great atmosphere. And I finished that marathon in under four hours.

Michèle

Because of my job, I often had back pain. Since then, I've found a better posture at work, and my back pain is now just a memory. Thank you, Fabrice!

Paul

My working life is very busy. Personal training lets me burn off energy through personalised, engaging exercises, and I've found a real balance again.

Emmanuelle, 40

With personal training, I learned to use all my muscles effectively, even the deepest ones. I reached the goals I had set myself. The results are there. Thanks, coach!

Questions and answers

What people often ask us.

No: the Personal Trainer brings their own equipment.

About 8 to 10 m².

It depends on the location and the number of hours needed to reach your goal. A first, no-commitment meeting with the coach sets the action plan, the formula and its price together.

For wellbeing and strength: yes. For weight loss, your coach isn't with you around the clock: they give you the tools, and if you use them, you'll cross the finish line.

Usually two one-hour sessions, depending on your goal. If needed, your coach suggests activities to do on your own between sessions.

That's a good reason to start: the activity is adapted to your needs, and yours alone.

No. Goals change with age and coaching adapts: our clients are between 8 and 80 years old.

Yes. Sport means performance; physical activity means health, fitness and wellbeing. That's what we're about first.

Yes, but it's no longer Personal Training: everyone has their own fitness level, and you can't pursue a precise goal as a group. To move together and stay fit, see group coaching.

Of course. The only limit is distance: choose them according to where you want to train.
