The coaches
The network's Personal Trainers are self-employed. Each is responsible for their services, their prices and the information on their profile. The introductions, services and qualifications on the profiles are written by the coaches themselves.
Intellectual property
The brand, logo, texts and photos on this site belong to Body Concept Training or to their authors. Any reproduction requires our written consent.
Your data, when you write to us
The forms (contact, company request, application) send us what you write in them: name, email address, phone and message. This data is used only to answer you; it is neither sold nor passed on.
The message is sent by email through the Resend delivery service; the site itself does not keep it. The data controller is Body Concept Training.
What the site uses
No analytics or advertising cookies.
Searching by city sends the text you type to the Photon service (komoot, based on OpenStreetMap) to locate the place. “Near me” only asks for your location with your consent and sends it to no one: the distance to coaches is calculated in your browser; only the map then loads the backgrounds for the area shown.
The map loads its backgrounds from OpenFreeMap, and its display library (MapLibre) from unpkg.
Links to YouTube and Facebook open those sites: nothing is loaded from them until you click.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase the data you sent us by writing to us through the contact form. You can also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
